Start from the daily word
Each day Poople gives you one random four-letter word as your starting point. Everyone plays the same puzzle.
Change one letter per move
Every move swaps exactly one letter. You can't add, remove, or reorder letters — the word always stays four letters long.
Every step is a real word
Each rung of the ladder has to be a valid dictionary word. No nonsense strings and no proper nouns allowed.
Reach POOP to win
Keep stepping until your word becomes POOP. Fewer moves is better, but finishing the ladder at all counts as a win.
